Four Media Pte Ltd (“Four Media”, “we” or “us”) runs fourmedia.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us through our website form, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your project.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which receive your IP address so they can send them. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy first.
How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
We don't sell your personal data. We don't use your data or creative assets to train third-party AI models without your agreement.
Your consent
By sending us your details, you consent to us using them for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We'll stop using your data for those purposes and tell you if this affects how we can help you.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and email hosting. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. Some of them may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we make sure it's protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
- Our team in Shanghai, if your enquiry involves China. In that case your data may be transferred outside Singapore, and we'll protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for legal or business reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements, including access controls and encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Accessing and correcting your data
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, how we've used it, or to correct it. Email us and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can, normally within 30 days. If your details change, let us know so we can keep them accurate.
